**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court in second attempt for grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.0038 dated 06.02.2021 registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Focal Point, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana on the ground that order dated 12.07.2022 has been passed by the Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.) Ludhiana in the context of service of defendant by means of substituted service. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M No.8779 of 2021 filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was dismissed vide detailed order dated 09.04.2021.

The aforesaid ground taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner cannot be construed to be a fresh ground for grant MOHMED ATIK 2022.09.30 16.29 I attest to the authenticity and integrity of this order/judgment

CRM-M No.45895 of 2022 (O&M of anticipatory bail, particularly when earlier petition preferred by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was dismissed vide detailed order, discussing all the incriminating allegations against the petitioner.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition.
