Prayer made in the present petition for setting aside the appointment of respondent No.4 as ETT (Teaching Fellow) and considered the petitioner in her place.

Learned State counsel on the other hand while referring to para 2 of the reply dated 17.02.2012 filed by way of affidavit of District Education Officer, states that the petitioner did not attend the interview on 19.03.2008 despite the intimation given through public notice on 12.03.2008 as also posted on the website of the Department for all the candidates to appear in the counselling. Since, there were 15 posts meant for Scheduled Castes (MB) category, female candidates and all were filled up in the first counselling itself, there was no question of holding of second counselling, wherein the petitioner has wrongly stated that she had appeared at the venue but it was not conducted, to which there was no counter filed.
