(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for the issuance of directions to the official respondents to add Sections 307, 326 and 120-B IPC to the FIR No.121 dated 18.08.2021 registered at Police Station Bassi Pathana, District Fatehgarh Sahib (Punjab) (P-1) and to get proper investigation conducted in the said case. Ms. Awaljot Kaur, Advocate, appearing on behalf of the petitioners contends that the investigation has not been conducted in a fair manner.

The learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, contends that the challan shall be presented under Sections 326, 325, 324, 323, 34 IPC.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this case. If the petitioners are aggrieved in any manner by the SUKHPREET KAUR 2022.09.19 16:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
