[1] Today physical hearing was held but on request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is taken up by way of hybrid hearing.

[2] This second petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 27, dated 18th February, 2021 under Sections 323, 324, 325, 341 read with Section 34 IPC (Section 307 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station City Nakodar, District Jalandhar.

[3] After arguing for some time and realizing that this is second petition after withdrawal of earlier petition on 2nd November, 2021, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

[4] Dismissed as withdrawn.
