(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 04.06.2019, passed by the learned Family Court Gurugram, granting interim maintenance to the tune of Rs.10,000/- and Rs.12,000/- per month to respondents No. 1 and 2, respectively. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such as, the matter has been settled between the parties. Ordered accordingly.
