The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the notice under Section 41 (1) (a) of Cr.P.C. issued by respondent No. 3 in case FIR No. 550 dated 06.12.2021 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 471, 120-B and 201 IPC registered at Police Station Hisar Civil Lines, Hisar, Haryana.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has very fairly submitted that in light of the averments made in Para 16 to 18 of the status report, the petition be disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to proceed in accordance with law and not to harass the petitioners unnecessarily. 3.

Learned State counsel has submitted that the Authorities are not causing any harassment to the petitioners and the notice had been issued only for re-verification of the investigation of the case. 4.

In light of the above, no further orders are required to be passed at this stage and accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
