(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to official respondents No. 2 to 4 to investigate the matter fairly and arrest the accused in case FIR No. 70 dated 20.06.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 323/34, 342, 376D, 377, 498 A and 506 IPC at Women Police Station Palwal, District Palwal, Harayna, as even after passing more than two months still no action has been taken, despite many representations moved by the petitioner dated 22.08.2023 (Annexures P-2 to P-4).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No.4Superintendent of Police, Palwal, to consider and take a final decision on representations dated 22.08.2023 (Annexures P-2 to P-4) made by the petitioner in a time bound manner.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, without going into the merits of the present petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4-Superintendent of Police, Palwal, to forthwith consider the grievance(s) raised by the petitioner in the aforesaid representation(s) and take action thereupon as he deems fit, in accordance with law, within a period of 04 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
