The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No. 2 to renew her passport.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that petitioner has not been issued passport on the ground that with the same name another person has already been issued passport 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the application of the petitioner shall be processed and an appropriate order would be passed within 08 weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to aforesaid arrangement.
