Learned counsel submits that the petitioners, who were working as Clerks, had applied for taking the written examination for Haryana State Accounts Service Examination, Part-I, which is scheduled to be held on 30.08.2024 and discrepancies removed as pointed out upto 04.03.2024, however have not been issued the admit cards as has been done in the case of similarly situated candidates on 16.08.2024. In so far as the petitioner No.3 is concerned, the same has been now issued and the petition qua him is not pressed. In this regard, representations dated 20.08.2024, Annexure P-6, have been submitted however the same have yet not been decided. She thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioners, prays that a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Krishan Kumar, Asstt. Director, T&A, Haryana, submits that before the examination is conducted, the representations submitted shall be considered on 29.08.2024 itself and in case it is found that the discrepancies have been removed as on the cut-off date, the admit cards shall be issued.
