**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.149 dated 07.09.2017, registered under Sections 302/460/450/34/201 IPC at Police Station P.S. Dirba District Sangur.

Earlier petition for grant of regular bail was got dismissed as withdrawn on 11.07.2019. Thereafter, co-accused Sony Khan was granted regular bail by the High Court vide order dated 03.09.2019 passed in CRM-M No.231 of 2019.
