The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Agriculture Development Officer.

Learned counsel submits that as per Clause 4.1 of the advertisment dated 09.12.2022, preference has to be given to the candidates, who possess the qualification of M.Sc (Agriculture) as also the experience certificate, in terms of the public notice dated 05.12.2024, Anneuxre P-5. In this regard, though a legal notice was submitted, however, only to PPSC and prays for liberty to submit a representation to the Secretary, Agriculture, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in MOHIT 2025.07.23 17:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
