    "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed the present petition may kindly be allowed and may transfer the investigation to Bureau of Investigation (C.B.Ι.) No.177 kindly Central in FIR (Annexure P)1) dated 01.05.2025 under sections 125(a), 125 (b), 281 of The Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, Civil Lines Sirsa, Bharatiya registered at P.S. District Sirsa, the as Haryana, local police is not investigating the matter in fair and proper manner and the local police is shielding the real culprits.

It is further prayer to transfer the investigation of above said FIR No.177 (Annexure P)1) to some independent agency, as the local police is failed to trace out the real facts of the case. The present case is of sexual assault and murder, as it is clear from MLR and Post Mortem Report of deceased Priyanka Rani, but the local police is trying to give it the the local colour of accidental death, as police is shielding the real culprits in the above said FIR by making the case of accident."
