(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, namely, Kamaljit Singh in case FIR No.51 dated 10.08.2019 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 326, 506 IPC at Police Station Verowal, Tarn Taran. On instructions from the Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner namely, Kamaljit Singh has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. In view of above, order dated 07.11.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
