(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 96, dated 29.07.2022 under Sections 15(b)/29/61/85 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Maqsudan, Jalandhar Rural, Punjab. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a regular bail after arrest of the petitioner. Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It is clarified that filing and withdrawal of the present petition shall not obstruct or create any hindrance while considering the regular bail of the petitioner.
