LPA-482-2016 Learned Single Judge vide order under appeal dated 18.09.2015 has held that admission of the appellant in Engineering Course cannot be validated but he is entitled to seek refund of Rs.43,500/- deposited with the College on 10.11.2014. Since foremost contention raised in this appeal is that the amount deposited for admission was much more than Rs.43,500/- and a dispute re: calculation of such amount has been seriously raised, we dismiss this appeal with liberty to the appellant to move an appropriate application before the learned Single Judge and point out that the amount to Meenu 2016.09.26 10:33 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
