(Oral) The instant letters patent appeal assails the order dated 15.10.2015 whereby the learned Single Judge has dismissed the appellant's writ petition in which he laid challenge to the selection for the post of Forest Guards. Learned Single Judge has categorically held that the appellant has obtained 10+2 examination certificate from the Board of Senior Secondary Education Madhya Bharat, Gwalior which is not a recognized Institution and it appears to be fake and bogus entity. Even today, learned counsel for the appellant was asked to show that the above-stated Institution is a recognized Institute but he could not produce any such document on record. In this view of the matter, no fault can be found with the view taken by learned Single Judge.
Dismissed.
