By this common order, CWP No. 21393 of 2024, CWP-22051 of 2024, CWP-22080 of 2024, CWP- 25902 of 2024, CWP-34254 of 2024 and CWP- 29681 of 2024 are hereby adjudicated as common questions of law and facts are involved.

The respondents are seeking disposal of instant petitions in terms of order dated 21.02.2025 passed by this Court in a bunch of petitions including CWP- 4965 of 2025.

This Court by aforesaid order has dismissed three petitions involving the identical issue as involved in the instant petitions. 4.
Faced with the aforesaid order, Mr. Sarthak Gupta, Advocate submits that as per recent judgment of Supreme Court in Salam Samarjeet Singh vs. High Court of Manipur at Imphal, 2024 SCC OnLine SC 2316, the candidates may assail terms and conditions of advertisement despite participating in the selection process and not assailing terms and conditions before participating in the selection process. The State is taking different stand before different Benches.

This Court does not find substance in the arguments raised by Mr. Sarthak Gupta, Advocate. There is no occasion to form an opinion different from order dated 21.02.2025 passed in CWP No. 4965 of 2025. 6.
In the backdrop, instant petitions deserve to be dismissed and accordingly hereby dismissed.
