Perusal of the file reveals that notice of motion was issued in this appeal on 23.10.2019. Thereafter, various opportunities have been afforded to the appellant to deposit process fee but still needful has not been done. Today there is no representation on behalf of the applicant/appellant.

Last opportunity is afforded to the appellant to ensure deposit of process fee within one week. Pursuant thereto, notice be issued to the JYOTI SHARMA 2023.09.06 17:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment Sector 1, High Court, Chandigarh

In case, necessary action is not taken, this appeal may be dismissed for non-prosecution.
