Mr. B.S. Bhalla, Advocate, for the appellants. Mr. Abhishek Singla, Advocate, for respondent No.1. RAJESH BINDAL, J Challenge in the present appeal is to the judgments and decrees of the learned courts below, whereby the suit for recovery filed by respondent No.1/plaintiff was decreed.

Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the matter in dispute between the parties has been settled in Lok Adalat, Moga during the course of execution proceedings. The amount settled was to be paid in four instalments, three of which have already been paid and the last instalment of ` 1,25,000/- is to be paid on 4.9.2015.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 did not dispute the fact that the matter was settled with the appellants and they have to pay one instalment. Three instalments have already been paid. In view of the aforesaid factual matrix, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal, as the dispute between the parties stands settled. Ordered accordingly.
