(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuing direction to learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhiwani Camp Court at Tosham, District Bhiwani to dispose of the application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner bearing No.131 of 2019 dated 20.03.2019, titled as 'Ambika vs. Sanjay' (Annexure P-1) for enhancement of maintenance allowance awarded vide judgment dated 04.3.2014 passed in MNT/125/914/2013 dated 12.11.2012 by learned trial Court, in time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is pending since 24.2.2023 before the learned Family Court and the matter has been adjourned many times. He submits that it is not the petitioner, who sought adjournments in the matter. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the present petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhiwani Camp Court at Tosham, District Bhiwani, to dispose of the application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner bearing No.131 of 2019 dated 20.03.2019, titled as 'Ambika vs. Sanjay' (Annexure P-1) within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
