(ORAL) Petitioners are seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus as after petitioner No.1 quit his job, his former employers i.e. respondents No.5 to 7 had been subjecting him to continuous harassment and issuing threats of dire consequences.

Reply by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, City Karnal, has been filed in Court, which is taken on record. 3.

None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. 4.

In view of the reply filed, no directions are required to be issued in the instant case. However, in case the petitioners move any application/representation to the official respondents for the protection of their life and liberty, the official respondents shall take appropriate steps, if any required in the said regard, under the provisions of law. 5.
