Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned orders dated 08.07.2019 (P-2), 31.07.2019 (P-3), 18.09.2019 (P-5) & 18.08.2021 (P-9) vide which information sought by the petitioner vide application dated 10.05.2019 (P-1) was declined. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly acknowledged that in view of the order dated 18.08.2021 (P-9) passed by Central Information Commission, New Delhi, this Court is lacking territorial jurisdiction in the matter.

In view of the above, he wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available, as per law. Ordered accordingly.
