The appellant has filed the present appeal under Section 14-A (2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short 'SC & ST Act) against the order dated 23.08.2023 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Charkhi Dadri, whereby anticipatory bail application of the present appellant was ordered to be dismissed in a case arising out of FIR No. 228 dated 27.07.2023 registered under Sections 504/506 IPC and Section 3 of the SC & ST Act at Police Station, City Charkhi Dadri, District Charkhi Dadri.

Vide the order dated 13.12.2023, passed by this Court, the SHO, Police Station, City, Charkhi Dadri, is directed to inform the newly added respondent No.2 in writing with regard to the pendency of the present case before this Court.

Still, neither the respondent No.2 has appeared nor he is represented by any counsel.

CRA-S-2565-2023 2024:PHHC:006685 -2Learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned counsel for the State has submitted that the appellant has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. In view of the statements made by learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned State counsel, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 13.09.2023, passed by this Court, is made absolute. The appellant shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (N. S.
