(Oral) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that this bunch of 18 cases bearing RFA Nos. 1384, 1456, 1462, 3032 to 3045 and 3048 of 2015, is squarely covered by the order dated 3.3.2016 passed by this Court in RFA No. 4694 of 2014 (Tara Chand and others Vs. State of Hayana and others). They jointly pray for disposal of all these appeals in terms of the order dated 3.3.2016 passed in Tara Chand's case (supra). In view of the abovesaid common stand taken by learned counsel for the parties, all these 18 appeals are ordered to be disposed of in terms of the order dated 3.3.2016 passed in Tara Chand's case (supra). Disposed of, accordingly.
