(ORAL) Petitioner-tenant has filed this revision against the judgment of Appellate Authority dated 03.07.2019, whereby he was directed to hand over vacant possession of demised premises to respondent No.1-landlord within three months.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not challenge the judgment of the Appellate Court on merits, however, seeks four months' time to vacate the demised premises. In view of above request, petitioner is granted four months' time from today to vacate the demised premises, failing which he shall be liable to pay mesne profits @ `35,000/- per month after four months. Petitioner is directed to file affidavit in this respect before the Rent Controller within a week from today.
