The present revision petition has been preferred against the orders dated 31.07.2019 and 19.08.2019 whereby the application filed by the defendant-petitioner herein for directing the plaintiff-respondent No.1 to produce the original resolution relied upon by plaintiff-respondent No.1 in the plaint was allowed. Vide the impugned order the Trial Court directed that the resolution would be produced at the time of leading evidence. Aggrieved by the same, the present revision petition has been filed. 2.

Learned counsel for plaintiff-respondent No.1, on instructions, states that the original record would be made available to the defendantpetitioner at the office of the counsel representing the plaintiff-respondent No.1 in the Trial Court on 31.05.2023 at 02.00 p.m. 3.

Learned counsel for the defendant-petitioner, in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the plaintiff-respondent No.1, states that he would be satisfied if the original record is made available at the office of the counsel representing the plaintiff-respondent No.1 on 31.05.2023 at 02.00 p.m.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is allowed and the impugned orders dated 31.07.2019 and 19.08.2019 are set aside. The defendant-petitioner alongwith counsel shall inspect the original record at the office of the counsel representing the plaintiff-respondent No.1 on 31.05.2023 at 02.00 p.m.

Disposed off in the above terms. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
