Through the instant writ petition, the petitioner prays for issuance of directions upon the respondents to provide suitable job to her grandson on account of her husband and two unmarried sons being killed in terrorist activities on 14.11.1987.

The case of the petitioner has already been considered and declined by the competent authority, through drawing the speaking order dated 30.08.2022, which is enclosed as Annexure R-1 with the reply furnished by the respondents. Therefore, now the petitioner is required to assail the speaking order (supra), wherethrough, her claim has been declined. 3.

Consequently, the instant writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order (supra) through instituting an appropriate motion.
