Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Kallu in case FIR No. 306 dated 08.06.2019, registered under Section(s) 341, 379-B & 34 IPC at Police Station Tauru, District Nuh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case, though he was named in the FIR. Allegation against the petitioner that he had caused injuries but infact he had not caused any injury; there is no medicolegal report available on the file and other allegation against him that he along with his co-accused fled away with the vehicle. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner is ready to join the investigation.

Having perused the record of the case, this Court is of the considered view that present petition is without any merits and petitioner is DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2019.09.18 15:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
