RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of direction to official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents No.5 to 8. It is further prayed to direct the official respondents to take the appropriate action on the application/representation, dated 10.07.2024 and 20.08.2024, Annexure P-2 and to take legal action against the culprits mentioned therein by registering the FIR.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his alternative remedy as available to him under the law. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. August 30, 2024 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
