 by the respondentsLearned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 18.11.2021 (Annexure P11) before the respondentauthorities in this regard, which is pending consideration.

Without entering into the issue as to whether the petition falls within the category of genuine public interest or not and taking note of the fact that the petitioner's representation is already pending before the respondent authorities, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his representation. The petitioner shall also be at liberty to file a complaint before the competent authority in respect of his concerns/grievances in accordance with the statutory provisions of the Act and the Rules, if so advised.
