**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned transfer order Endst. No.9227/A-2 dated 22.08.2019 (Annexure P-5) and further writ of mandamus directing the official respondents to allow him to join his new place of posting at Rewari. In this regard, had submitted representation dated 24.08.2019 (Annexure P-7), but there is no adherence thereto. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.3-Additional Director General of Police, South Range, Rewari, to consider the representation dated 24.08.2019 (Annexure P-7), within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.3, to consider the representation dated 24.08.2019 (Annexure P-7), within a period of one

This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
