BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present writ petition is for setting aside the order/notice dated 25.08.2023 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Dhuri (Annexure P-2) as well as the order/notice dated 28.08.2023 (Annexure P-3) whereby the sugar stock of the petitioner was ordered to be auctioned by way of open bidding.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the entire dues as recorded in the settlement stand paid by the petitioner. Leaned State counsel, on instructions received from Mr. Amit Gupta, SDM Dhuri, does not dispute the aforesaid factual position. Since the dispute between the parties has already been resolved, no further order or direction is required to be called for in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
