This is an application to list the main case, for the matter in issue is squarely covered by the order and judgment, dated 22.12.2015, rendered by this Court in RFA No. 1515 of 2014 (Harijan Co-operative Society Ltd. v. State of Haryana and another) and other connected matters, vide which, in the appeals arising out of the same acquisition, this Court had enhanced the compensation awarded to the claimant/landowners. Notice in the application.

Ms. Safia Gupta, AAG, Haryana, present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of non-applicant/respondents. The factual position as set out above, is not disputed by learned State counsel. Consequently, the application is allowed and the main case is taken on board for final disposal.
