******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for respondents submits that the matter has since been amicably settled in the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Ludhiana and a written compromise between parties in the presence of Mediator was recorded on 29.09.2014. Thereafter, a family settlement has also been arrived at between the parties, as such, no dispute remains between the parties.

In view of submissions of learned counsel for respondents, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to get it revived if any dispute regarding settlement arises in future.
