RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. praying for cancellation of regular bail granted to respondent No.2 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad, vide its order dated 12.08.2022 in case FIR No.0161, dated 23.08.2021, under Sections 304-B, 34, 498-A IPC, registered at Police Station B.P.T.P., Faridabad, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the same Court which had granted the bail.

Allowed as prayed for.
