SURYA KANT, J. (Oral) The appellant is aggrieved by the order dated 21.1.2016, whereby his claim for promotion from the date his junior was promoted on 4.4.1996, to the post of Technical Advisor (Auto), has been turned down. We have heard learned counsel for the appellant at a considerable length and gone through the record. Since there were adverse remarks of doubtful integrity for the year 1993-94 which were duly conveyed to the appellant and his representation against those remarks was rejected, learned Single Judge has rightly rejected the appellant's claim. So long as the adverse remarks are not set aside, the embargo created by the Government policy, dated 22.10.1996, against promotion of PRASHANT KAPOOR 2016.07.15 11:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
