******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of instant FIR on the basis of compromise, copy of which has been placed on file as Annexure P-2. As per recital in the FIR, there are two victims namely complainant Vipin Sharma and Harish Rathore. There is no compromise with second victim and he has also not been arrayed as party to this petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
