The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is seeking directions to the respondents to consider his candidature for recruitment as Constable (General Duty). 2.

The petitioner pursuant to advertisement applied for the post of Constable (GD) and he was subjected to examination by Medical Board on 04.08.2023 and found unfit. On his request, he was subjected to reexamination by Review Medical Board on 05.08.2023 which formed the same opinion as was formed by Medical Board.

The petitioner submits that he is not suffering from alleged disease and he deserves to be re-examined by Review Medical Board. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondents, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that if the petitioner moves an application before competent authority, the competent authority would consider and if finds ANJU GOEL 2023.09.04 17:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
