The appeal filed by the State is dismissed and cross-objection filed by the landowners is allowed in terms of the detailed judgment of even date passed in RFA No.4775 of 2014 titled as "Tek Ram and another Vs. State of Haryana and another".

However, in view of earlier order dated 23.04.2018, the landowners shall not be entitled to interest on the enhanced compensation for the period of delay of 924 days.
