(ORAL ) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'the Cr.P.C.)' praying for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.436 dated 13.6.2019, under Sections 323, 452 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Mujessar, Faridabad. As per the allegations as contained in the FIR the accused had come to Gas Agency and had threatened and slapped the complainant.

CRM-M-39759-2019 (O&M) petitioner was granted the concession of interim anticipatory bail and notice was issued to the State.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Amit Kumar, states that the petitioner has joined investigation and is cooperating with the investigation process.

In view of above, the present petition is allowed. Interim order dated September 18, 2019, is hereby made absolute. January 08, 2020.
