This petition, challenging the order dated 20.05.2025 (Annexure P5), has been filed on the ground that on that day the bail granted to the petitioner was cancelled and his warrants of arrest issued. 2.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, treatment of mother of petitioner was going on in Shri Ganganagar (Rajasthan) and on that day he had to take her old aged mother to the doctor as there was no one else to take care of her.

In view of above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court. He may move fresh application for bail before the same Court. If any such bail application is moved by the petitioner, the learned trial Court is directed to dispose of the same within a period of three days, positively.

It is however, made clear that there shall not be any bar for the learned trial Court to take the petitioner into custody or proceed under Section 491 BNSS (446 Cr.P.C.).
