Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking quashing of FIR No.350 dated 17.06.2019 under Sections 363 and 366-A IPC registered at Police Station Palla, District Faridabad (Annexure P1) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. On the last date of hearing, learned State Counsel had apprised this Court that cancellation report has been accepted in the present matter. Learned State Counsel today produces order dated 15.11.2022 whereby cancellation report has been accepted by learned trial Court.

As no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing on 06.07.2023, Registry was directed to inform learned counsel for the petitioner about the date fixed.
