Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 4 to take legal action against respondent No.5 as she has been declared as proclaimed offender vide order dated 02.03.2019, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh in a complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. Having perused the record of the case, this Court is of the considered view that respondent No.5-Rashpal Kaur has already been declared as proclaimed offender by the learned trial Court and required action has already been taken in this regard. As such, no further action is required to be taken by this Court on the present petition and the same stands dismissed.
