Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jagtar Singh submits that the cancellation report was filed, which was accepted by the trial Court on 11.12.2021, as such, this petition has been rendered infructuous.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file the protest petition and in case, the grievance of the petitioner still exists, she shall be at liberty to avail legal remedy in accordance with law including approaching this Court.
