ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) As per the affidavit of the Joint Secretary, it is stated that the Naib Tehsildar, Faridkot who was appointed as a receiver under Section 145 Cr.P.C. has delivered the possession of the land to the petitioner Surjit Singh.

This fact is not disputed by counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
