HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the award dated 28.03.2023 (Annexure P-6), whereby the learned Tribunal, despite admitting the misconduct/theft by the workman has illegally and arbitrarily ordered firstly to reinstate respondent No.2 in service along with to pay back wages @ 50% from the date of issuance of notice of termination.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are inadvertent mistakes and typographic errors in the present petition and prays that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
