***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J. (Oral) Although learned State counsel submitted that pursuant to interim directions issued by this Court, the petitioner has since joined investigation, but it has also been informed that the petitioner happens to be involved in some other cases.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court and to move an application for grant of regular bail particularly keeping in view the fact that 8 other co-accused have been granted regular bail.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In case, the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within 2 weeks from today and moves an VANDANA YADAV 2022.04.25 18:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document.
