However, at this stage, learned State counsel submits that he has got instructions to state that the cancellation report filed by the State was accepted by the concerned Judicial Magistrate on 14.09.2019 and the petition has been rendered infructuous.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
