Petitioners-Gurmeet Kaur and Sukhwinder Singh have filed instant petition seeking directions to protect their life and liberty at the hands of respondent No.7.

Mr. Vaibhav Narang, Advocate by way of filing memorandum of appearance, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.7.

Since there are already civil litigations between the parties and therefore, faced with the factual position, petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant petition to pursue alternate remedy as per law. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
