SURESHWAR THAKUR, J Learned counsel for the parties state at bar that Ms. Sukhmandeep Kaur (daughter), who is present in person, and Tanrajveer Singh (son), born out of the wedlock between Harinder Kaur and Paramjit Singh, have as of now attained majority.
In these circumstances, the instant appeal directed against the verdict passed by the trial Court on the application filed under Section 6 & 25 of the Guardian and Ward Act read with Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, thus claiming custody of Sukhmandeep Kaur (daughter) and of Tanrajveer Singh (son), has become rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of, accordingly. Apposite corrections in terms of supra be carried out in the memo of parties.
